Wait was very slow food was excellent

My wife and I celebrated our 30th with dinner at Spuds. We both had the rib eye. It was fantastic! As always the service was excellent and the steak was done to perfection. We both ordered it smothered with mushrooms,onion and bleu cheese. Highly reccomend for your next dinner!😋😋😋

Fantastic fish fry, worth coming up all the way from Florida. Staff were very friendly and personable; would recommend to anyone who's a fan of fish, steak or burgers. I had the pan-fried walleye and loved every bite

Good food, nice atmosphere, good service. Side spaghetti could have had more sauce and should have been warmer. We didn't have to wait long at the bar. This is a big plus for us!

This place has really good food, and definitely would go back. The only issue is the clarity of one of their items on their menu. Under the Steaks and Burgers section it says that all dinners include a salad, breadstick, and choice of side. I ordered the cheeseburger and it isn't clear that the burgers don't come with a salad and breadstick. I heard that burgers only came with a side of fries but I was able to get one of the other sides that were listed in that section, which is good. Really not sure why burgers aren't considered as a dinner to qualify for a salad and breadstick when I was able to get another side besides the fries though.All I'm saying is on the menu it looks like the burgers come with a salad and breadstick like the other items listed in that section. If burgers aren't supposed to come with those items, then they should make it more clear on the menu. Otherwise the food is very good as well as the service.

The pizza and steak are second to none! The Italian is improved with the sauce being made from scratch. Now everything is made from scratch and you can taste the difference. When they were on the North side of Iron Mountain they were voted "Best Pizza" 4 years in a row! Good people and great service! Lots of improvements being made with the new menu.

You DO NOT call your customers a FOOL. Troy's ribeye is awesome, homemade raviolis awesome, whiskey old fashions awesome. If you go there that's what to order. I order same thing every time. You actually can't go wrong with anything on the menu.Was recently sold and under new ownership and new name, haven't been there since the new owners. Will watch reviews to see if I am going back.

We've been here several times and everytime is excellent. We all had steak, done all different ways and everyone was very pleased with how they came out.

A very nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food is always very good and consistent in quality. The steaks are some of the best in the area, especially the prime rib. Italian dishes are good and very filling. The bread sticks and family-style salad are a nice touch as well. Generally very busy on weekends and holidays, it attracts locals as well as knowledgeable travelers.

Everyone at the table agreed that the food was just as good as when it was Gina Marie's. The ribeye, as always, was fantastic. I'm glad they didn't change anything and hope they keep on making amazing steaks.

Portions are generous to say the least. Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere. Get the gnocchi or the pizza margherita.

The 24 oz. Ribeye...... the very accommodating on letting you split this with your guest. And it is awesome!!

Used to be one of our favorite places, but noticed the prices of their steaks are quite high. Food was good but not above average.

Menu sucks, service sucks. Food is was not good. $10 for cocktail shrimp, only got 6 and was fishy tasting. Ordered a small pizza and took forever. Took forever for appetizer. Not impressed, will never visit again.Waitress will not get a tip. Very unsatisfied 😠

The staff was wonderful and handled our large group of 17 easily. I'm gluten free and they made every effort to keep wheat ingredients from coming into contact with my food. Everyone enjoyed their dinner, we will definitely be back.

Like it because the some of the the best pizza around.

This place was Gina-Maries in a past life. We loved Gina's and I have been careful not to expect too much at this rebirth of a great place. Last night was our first visit at Spuds. Jury is still out but we were favorably impressed!

Had great meals at the old Spuds in Iron Mountain. It was are go to place to eat. The new place is nice to look at but I had the worst prime rib I have ever had. If we ever go back I will only get Italian.

Best steak I've ever crammed in my mouth. 12 oz tenderloin! Update: under new management now. I don't know if my initial review will hold up or not.

Spuds Bistro had excellent service on a Saturday night and the Shrimp Alfredo was wonderful. I couldn't eat it all!

While working in iron mountain for the week I was encouraged to go try Spuds. I was told about how good thier pizza was and I'll tell you I wasnt disappointed! Not only was the food great but the staff was equally awesome! Even from being from Kansas City I felt like I was welcomed into thier business as if I had been there 100 times! If your in the area definitely give them and their food a chance. I dont think you will be disappointed!

Love there pizza! Thin crispy crust. Sausage is very tasty. They have a diverse menu of Italian, seafood, steak and pizza. But the pizza is the best. Something about the squares just makes you keep eating more!

Disappointing. We recently went there for a nice meal. The bar was packed so we naturally knew there would be a bit of a wait. Ok, we understand that, but why would they only staff one bartender on a typically busy Friday night? Took forever to get a drink. Not the bartender's fault. We ended up waiting at least an hour for a table (even though it was only two of us and several open tables in main dining room). The food was ok, like usual. Not great nor above average...just ok. With so many other options available in the area, we probably won't return for awhile, or at least until the disappointing visit escapes our memory.
